You can sign up with your Google account so your Cross Post account email will be prefilled with your Google account's email.

Use of Google User Data

Access and Collection: Our application accesses Google user data through Google OAuth 2.0. We collect and process the following information:

  • Your Google account email and name
  • Your YouTube channel information necessary for video publishing

Usage: We use this data solely for:

  • Authentication and account management
  • Publishing content to your YouTube channel (only with your explicit consent)
  • Retrieving basic information about your YouTube channel for service functionality

Storage: Your basic account data is stored on Google Cloud servers (GCP) in the US for up to 2 years or until you delete your account. However, any data obtained through YouTube API Services (including video IDs, channel information, and other YouTube-related data) is stored for a maximum of 30 calendar days, after which it is either deleted or refreshed in accordance with YouTube API Services policies.

Cross Post' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Tools: Our application uses and shares the inputs provided by users with sub-processors to generate videos. We also use third-party analytics systems such as Google Analytics to understand user behavior, where the data is anonymized. No user data is used to train AI models.

Deleting: You can delete your Cross Post account at any time through this link. This will delete all data associated with your account, including your Google user data.
